At ETD,we have sophisticated measuring and testing equipment in-house to qualify all incoming raw materials,while our modern metro logy lab ensures that your parts meet exact specifications.

♦  Review all machining components,  make sure to use the best machine solution to assure the machine accurate.

♦ Incoming steel materials inspection.
♦ Incoming checking fixture inspection.
♦ Accurate CNC machining, when machining finished, will use CMM to check some important components to make sure the machine accurate. 

♦ Brand new 3D Coordinate Measuring Machining (CROMA),  with software PC-DMIS   to make sure our CMM reports is accurate, and match with your own machine
